General Booking Information
To avoid disappointment, all treatment and services should be booked in advance by dialling 020 8546 6966. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with 24 hours notice.

Serenity operates a 10% discount if you re-book any treatment before leaving the salon. This discount will be lost if the appointment is changed less than 24 hours before the appointment time.

The Serenity Loyalty Scheme
At your first visit, you will be enrolled in a loyalty scheme. Each treatment you receive will give you loyalty points, which can be exchanged for complementary treatments. Ask any member of staff for details.

Discounts
Serenity beauty salon offers a 10% corporate discount to companies with 50 or more employees who register with us. This discount is only offered Sunday to Wednesday 9 am until 6 pm, please ask any member of staff should you wish to register your company.

Serenity also offers a student discount of 10%, on production of a valid NUS card. This discount is only available Sunday to Wednesday 9 am until 6 pm.

OAPs can also benefit from a Serenity discount of 10%, Mondays and Tuesdays 9am until 6pm.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for all treatments.

Please Note: Gift Vouchers and courses will expire six months after their date of issue.
